A public record should explain enough to be useful, and stop before it becomes a system dump.

Classify the evidence. Describe the outcome, scope, and system boundary in public-safe terms.

Keep provenance visible. A note should make clear whether it is a case study, a decision, or a release/review record.

Preserve protected context. Private paths, credentials, raw events, and operational controls never become evidence content.
